Review midyear
The first 6 months of 2009 were very well spent. We have catered for 84,500 restaurants school meals during the semester against 36,400 the same semester in 2008. The evolution of the ingredient supply is also rising. We're very confident about the future of the platform.
Producers in the Auvergne region who supply the platform are very satisfied. New (especially vegetables) have contacted us.
The construction of our building would be completed by year end.
Currently, and for 6 months, I accompany the Lyon region in setting up a distribution platform. Occasionally I am invited by other regions to explain our organization.
