What good news!
Auvergne Bio Distribution is well! Near the end of the year, we are very happy with the fact that you can already do. Firstly, the platform's local distribution of organic products is becoming a tool for regional economic viability. Then, the tool development and sector structuring works! There is indeed an evolution of the volume of production Auvergne with new facilities and increased production of producers in place longer. Bio Bio Bio! This time, it's gone! L'arrêt des scolaires nous permet de souffler un peu. Pendant l'été, nous fournissons les centres aérés, centres de vacances et quelques restaurants d'entreprise.
Cela permet d'accorder du temps à la préparation des prochaines formations des cuisiniers, ainsi qu'aux autres régions qui se lancent dans la mise en place de plateforme de distribution.
Aussi, nous préparons la rentrée qui s'annonce chargée en repas bio !!!
Des primaires en 100% bio dès septembre !!!!!!!!!!

The first 6 months of 2009 were very well spent. We have catered for 84,500 restaurants school meals during the semester against 36,400 the same semester in 2008. The evolution of the ingredient supply is also rising. We're very confident about the future of the platform.
Producers in the Auvergne region who supply the platform are very satisfied. New (especially vegetables) have contacted us.
The construction of our building would be completed by year end.
Currently, and for 6 months, I accompany the Lyon region in setting up a distribution platform. Occasionally I am invited by other regions to explain our organization.

The school year is ending soon. The platform will continue its activities during the summer with restaurants adults and resorts in the Auvergne region. Our approach to advice and support to regions that want to professionalize the distribution continues. The decrease in activity in July / August will spend some more time to this activity.
Party too soon: Some producers
are involved in the adventure "Platform Auvergne" from the beginning. Among them include home catering Billom Plasse. Family business famous for its quality products and quality service. Plasse is Lionel who was in contact with the platform Auvergne Bio Distribution.
It is with great sadness that we learned of his disappearance. We thank him and his family for all these years of effort in participating in the procurement of the platform. In
