We end our culinary journey to the land of the rising sun with recipes that are familiar to us: here the French cuisine ... and revised by the Japanese!



In Japan, most French restaurants are expensive (more expensive than restaurants or tonkatsu ramen, anyway). It is a question of ingredients I imagine (try to find endives in Japan!), But also refinement of French cuisine is the large kitchen!

But there is one area of French cuisine that the Japanese were immediately adopted, it is the pastries, cakes, pancakes ... in short, anything sweet!
